My daughter, a friend and I spent Labor Day morning at the botanical gardens located near our homes. The weather was beautiful, cool and very crisp. It was almost like a preview of an autumn morning. Flowers of every color were blooming and the rose garden was magnificent. We also saw a resident turtle and a brightly colored lizard. What a paradise for critters! There's something to enjoy there throughout the year. Thanks to my daughter for these beautiful pictures!

I can't believe that summer is almost over and school starts tomorrow. This has been a wonderful summer and I'm not quite ready to let go of this wonderful weather! |
