Yesterday I spent the day with my best friend from high school (Class of '68). Her home was decorated beautifully for the holidays and looked like photos in a magazine.
Chloe and MuShu, her Japanese Chins, were willing to pose for a photo. Their mom cooks dinner for them every night. No dog food for this elderly couple!

The owner of the tearoom shared with us that next week filming for the Stephen Spielberg movie, Abraham Lincoln, will take place in front of her business. Workers were beginning to fill the street with mulch. The movie is being filmed in and around the Richmond, VA, area.
A day of sharing long ago memories with a dear friend is priceless!
Oh what a wonderful day you had! Few things are as treasured as spending the day with an old friend! The photos really bring the Christmas spirit to life, lovely!
