Easter Door Decoration and More!

I recently made this huge egg to hang on my front door and I want to share with you what's in the pocket!

I've always wanted to find a nest with corgi hair woven in it and here it is!

I'll have to use the back door for a while and my kitty is under "house arrest" temporarily but it's worth it.  I guess my neighbors will understand when I leave an Easter egg on my door long after the holiday is over.

This has been a beautiful day!   I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I have.

  3. Oh how sweet is this??!! I remember how I felt when I found the nest with Golden hair in it. The Phoebe nest over our garage still doesn't have any eggs in it, but the bird sits there...Maybe she's just broody...I'm hopeful!!

THANKS for the message, I had to laugh at myself because I remembered when I was proofing my post that 'pores' was the wrong one, and I forgot to go back and fix it--I'm sucha dope!! :-) I do feel better, THANKS to the kindness of friends, and that chocolate cake I made!!

  5. Lovely! Yes, it's worth using another door to protect these little ones! What type of eggs?? Are they robin eggs?
