Neptune Festival



My niece and her husband went to the Neptune Festival in Virginia Beach, VA,  last September and she shared these pictures of the sand sculptures with me.  Aren't they incredible?

    These sculptures really are incredible. I went to the Neptune Festival many years ago when my husband was still playing volleyball. We enjoyed it!
